Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email tanveer@suftanusa.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with instructions within 1–2 business days — please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Original and return shipping are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, some items (such as certain beauty and personal-care products) can't be returned once opened. Any exceptions are noted on the product page.
