Order Tracking
Every SUFTANUSA order comes with tracking so you always know where your package is.
How to track your order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link. Click the link, or enter the number on the carrier's website, to see the latest status.
When will tracking update?
Tracking usually becomes active within 2–5 business days of ordering, once the carrier scans your package. Before that you may see "label created" or no movement — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Multiple packages
If your order includes items from different warehouses, each may ship separately with its own tracking number. You'll receive a separate email for each shipment.
Need help?
If your tracking hasn't updated in over 7 business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, email tanveer@suftanusa.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
